What if Alex started a pop-up yakitori restaurant out of his loft?
Sonoma micro-winery Idle Cellars came to me looking to activate key influencers and create brand advocates in the food and wine space for their debut in Atlanta and the southeast. So was born Eat Me Yakitori: a Japanese grilled street food pop-up restaurant. For 15 months in 2015/2016 Chef Jarrett Stieber and I served Georgia's finest meats and veggies, charcoal grilled on 18,000+ skewers, and introduced hundreds of micro-targeted ATL foodies to the seductive wine portfolio of Idle Cellars.
